Shipping to the United States

Orders ship from our workshop in Morocco. Free standard shipping ($0 USD) is available for eligible U.S. orders.

Ships in 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier operations, customs processing, weather, holidays or address issues can occasionally add time. Custom orders may require a different production timeline, which will be confirmed before payment.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed after dispatch. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or visit Track Your Order.

Customs and import processing

The displayed price is the total price for your selected product and quantity, including standard U.S. shipping, applicable taxes, customs duties and import charges. There are no additional charges at checkout or on delivery.

30-day eligible returns

Request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with its packaging and included components. Contact contact@neomedina.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Return shipping

NEOMEDINA covers return shipping costs for eligible returns, including change-of-mind, damaged and incorrect-item returns. Contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the product and packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Return address and refunds

We provide the return address and instructions after reviewing your request. Do not send returns to our registered Wyoming office unless specifically instructed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
