What is the return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any related customs fees, duties, or taxes. Please contact contact@neomedina.com before returning an item.

What are the shipping options?
All NEOMEDINA orders ship from our workshop in Morocco. Depending on the destination and shipment, orders may be shipped using carriers such as FedEx or Aramex.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order unless otherwise indicated and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authorities.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within approximately 3–7 business days.
Estimated delivery to the United States is 10–18 business days after processing.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@neomedina.com if you need to change or cancel an order.
Changes or cancellations may only be possible before the order has been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled for an immediate refund. You will need to wait for delivery and follow our return procedure if the item is eligible.
