This shipping policy applies to NEOMEDINA orders delivered to addresses in the United States, including the Moroccan Brass Filigree Pendant Light.
Product shipping profile
The Moroccan Brass Filigree Pendant Light is a complete ceiling fixture. The product measures 30 cm in diameter and 40 cm in height, includes a 2 m adjustable cord, light bulb, ceiling canopy, and installation hardware, and has a shipping weight of 10 kg. Its package measures 48 × 36 × 36 cm.
Shipping destination
NEOMEDINA currently ships online orders covered by this policy to addresses in the United States. Orders for other destinations require written confirmation before payment.
Handling and production time
An in-stock, non-custom pendant light is prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
A customized or made-to-order pendant light requires 7–14 business days of production after the customer approves the final specifications in writing and payment is confirmed. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. NEOMEDINA will communicate a known material delay affecting an accepted order.
Carriers and tracking
The pendant light is shipped with Aramex or FedEx, depending on service availability and the destination address. Tracking information is provided after the carrier accepts the parcel.
Estimated transit time
Estimated transit time to the United States is 12–14 business days after dispatch. This estimate does not include the 1–3 business-day handling period for an in-stock item or the 7–14 business-day production period for a custom item.
Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier disruption, severe weather, an incorrect address, or circumstances outside NEOMEDINA’s reasonable control may cause delay.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. The rate may depend on the destination, the 10 kg shipping weight, the 48 × 36 × 36 cm package dimensions, and the available carrier service.
Import duties and taxes
Orders ship internationally from Morocco. Import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, and destination taxes are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless checkout expressly states otherwise. The customer is responsible for paying these charges when requested by the carrier or the relevant authority upon arrival.
Delivery and inspection
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Inspect the parcel and pendant light promptly after delivery. Keep the outer carton, internal protection, shipping label, light bulb, canopy, cord, and installation hardware until the product has been inspected and any claim has been resolved.
Transit damage, loss, or incorrect items
Report a damaged, defective, lost, or incorrect pendant light as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 calendar days after delivery. Provide the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, outer parcel, internal packaging, shipping label, and affected component. For an approved damage, defect, or non-conformity claim, NEOMEDINA covers the authorized return-shipping cost and provides an appropriate remedy under the published Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Electrical installation
The pendant light uses an E26 bulb holder. Voltage and maximum wattage must be confirmed for the destination before use. Installation should be completed by a qualified electrician and must follow local electrical requirements.
Policy consistency
The shipping charge and delivery estimate shown at checkout or in the order confirmation take priority when they are more specific to the purchased item or delivery address. Product price, availability, shipping cost, and delivery estimates must remain consistent between the storefront, checkout, order confirmation, and any Google Merchant Center listing.
